We were approached by the owner of Big Shot Juice in late July 2015 to design an espresso bar/cafe that would also exclusively stock their cold pressed juice, with the aim of opening two months later.
The brief was to present a minimal but inviting space where locals could pop in for a coffee/cold pressed juice and some pastries or a light meal. A clean palette of white subway tiles and timber with a splash of calming green has created a lively space within a very small footprint.
